Rubber Roofs:
Should be physically inspected every 6 months for cracks and voids along with all caulking on roof.

Generators:
Oil should be checked every 10 hours of operation. Oil should be changed every 100 hours for gas generators and every 300 hours for diesel. Air filters should be cleaned or replaced every 100 hours. If you have a owners manual for the generator, go by their recommendations.

Tires:
Pressure should be checked before any trip or every 60 days. Don't forget tires have dates on them for when they were manufactured and tire experts say that they are good for 4 years.

Battery:
Should be serviced once per month if they coach stays plugged in all the time.

LP Appliances:
Should be cleaned and checked once per year and the LP system should be checked for leaks once per year.

All Lights and Wiper Blades:
Should be checked every 6 months.

Water Tank:
Should be cleaned and sanitized once per year.
